Oleksandr Lavrynovych: The World Community closely observes the Work of Judges in charge of Disputes related to the Election Process

 

The Law that would define the procedure of the appointment of judges on the administrative offices would be voted by the Parliament probably after the Presidential campaign completion. It was declared by O. Lavrynovych, the First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukarine in the course of the exclusive interview for the Russian informational agency "Rosbalt."

 

"It is hardly probable that this issue is solved before this Presidential campaign I completed. Though, it is highly possible that after the elections we will solve this problem", - O. Lavrynovych declared. The politician also emphasized that "there are two independent variants of this matter solution: in a big bill on juridical system and in the small bill regarding exclusively the body appointing judges. Both bills are adopted in the first reading." Hence, according to O. Lavrynovych, the legal vacuum will be liquidated concerning the process of judges appointing on the administrative offices in the courts that have been conducted since the year 2007. "

 

Giving answers to the journalists question whether the court judgemengs in all the courts of the country, not only the principle ones, would not be preconceived in the course of the election period, O. Lavrynovych stressed: "the world community closely observes the work of judges in charge of disputes related to the election process, the are under X-ray in accordance with the fact that there are more then 3000 observers in Ukraine form European countries and international organizations."
